Five Residents of Kasakh Village Halt Car and Assault 33-Year-Old Driver and 55-Year-Old Passenger
On March 21, at 3:00 PM, the Armenia Medical Center reported to the Nairi police department that a 33-year-old man with head and facial injuries, and a 55-year-old woman with forearm injuries, were seeking medical assistance. This was confirmed by the police report.
It was established that at 1:00 PM, five residents of Kasakh village stopped a Mercedes vehicle near one of the buildings on A. Martirosyan street and assaulted the 33-year-old driver and the 55-year-old passenger, causing bodily harm. They also damaged the car's windshield and side windows.
A criminal case has been initiated under hooliganism charges. As a result of operational and investigative measures undertaken by the Nairi police, two individuals aged 28 and 20 who participated in the incident have been identified, arrested, and presented to the Nairi investigative unit. The criminal proceedings are ongoing.
