Citizens Will Not Find Peace Until It's Clarified Whether Safaryan Committed a Violation or Not: Sos Hakobyan

The ruling party has indirectly confirmed that Seda Safaryan has committed an apparent violation, as stated by lawyer Sos Hakobyan on his Facebook page. He emphasized that the government provided a disservice to the Constitutional Court and to Seda Safaryan herself.

“Thanks to Arzvik Minasyan’s professional work, the ruling party has indirectly confirmed that Seda Safaryan has committed an apparent violation, both through direct statements and through the decision not to participate in the secret voting (they do not trust their own deputies because they know they are wrong). It is noteworthy that the National Assembly discussed today the draft decision regarding the appeal to the Constitutional Court on the issue of suspending the powers of Constitutional Court judge Seda Safaryan. The draft was presented to the National Assembly by the opposition
