Azerbaijani Combat Positions Fired at a Resident of Herher Village: Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs

Azerbaijani combat positions have fired at a resident of Herher village. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.

On March 19, at 14:15, the police department of Martuni reported that around 13:50, 34-year-old S. Hambardzumyan from Herher village came under fire while performing agricultural work with a Belarusian tractor in an area known as "Knyoghants kal" located within the administrative territory of Taghavard village. Random gunfire was directed at the tractor from nearby Azerbaijani combat positions.

Agricultural work has been halted. There are no reported injuries. The incident has been communicated to the Russian peacekeepers.
