Kadyrov Promises Cash Reward for Capturing Ukrainian Soldier Who Burned Quran
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has announced a reward of 5 million rubles for the "destruction" of a Ukrainian soldier who mocked the Quran and 10 million rubles for capturing him alive. Kadyrov made this statement on his Telegram channel.
Earlier, he had shared a video showing Ukrainian soldiers mocking the Quran, after which he vowed to find them and punish them. He stated, "I will not limit myself to merely condemning the actions of these Ukrainian evil spirits, who recently burned pages of the Holy Quran. You saw the footage on my channel. To eliminate this miscreant, I am announcing a reward of 5 million rubles. For capturing him alive, I will offer double the amount—10 million rubles, at any time, be it today, tomorrow, or a year from now the money will be waiting."
