The Vice-Rector of Brusov University, Tsolak Akopyan, posted a photograph from the university showing more than ten police officers surrounding the entrance to the hall where Gyurjinyan spoke. Akopyan also wrote: "I leave this photo here for history. Mr. Gyurjinyan, you will always remember how you entered Brusov University as the interim rector."

It should be noted that the Ministry has appointed a new rector at Brusov, leading students to declare a strike.
