VIDEO: "Aliyev is a dictator" – This is how the Azerbaijani president was welcomed in Germany

Political emigrants from Azerbaijan living in Germany, Orkhan Aghayev and Afghan Mukhtarli, greeted Ilham Aliyev in Berlin with chants of "Aliyev is a dictator." This was reported by the Telegram channel Инфотека 24.

The protest was also attended by Armenian activist Arshak Makichyan. He stated that the police attempted to prevent him from conducting the protest, but as the number of demonstrators grew, they were allowed to hold a rally.

Makichyan chanted, "Aliyev is a murderer."
