A journalist asked Pashinyan, "As the leader of Armenia, are you restrained in any way that prevents you from declaring that Artsakh will not be a part of Azerbaijan?"
"Yes, of course, I am restrained by the security of Nagorno-Karabakh, the security of Armenia, the security of the Armenian people, and your security," Pashinyan replied.
