VIDEO: The Dummy Named Valery and the Banners - A 'Cold War' at the Belarus-Ukraine Border

Belarusian border guards have 'responded' to their Ukrainian counterparts by hanging several banners reading 'Belarus Remembers' and 'We Will Help You Find the Real Occupant'.

Earlier, Belarusian border guards reported that Ukrainian border guards had placed a dummy of a Russian serviceman at the border, naming it Valery.
