Video: Large-Scale Protest in Chisinau, Arrests Made

A new large-scale rally is taking place in Chisinau against President Maia Sandu's policies, as well as against rising prices and tariffs.

Police are delaying transport on regional highways to prevent people from reaching the protest. According to police reports, unrest is expected, but organizers of the event claim that the protests are peaceful in nature.

The Moldovan police have stated that 54 individuals have already been arrested during the protest for suspicious behavior. More details are available in the video.
