VIDEO: Man Takes Hostages in Tyumen Store, Threatens with Knife

A man entered a store named "Magnit" in Tyumen during the night. He locked two employees in the storage room and took another one hostage. The assailant released a video where he threatens the hostage with a knife, claiming that law enforcement, aware of the situation in the store, has taken no action.

Later, a Special Rapid Reaction Unit entered the store. Law enforcement freed all hostages, and the assailant was apprehended. His motives are being clarified.
