VIDEO. What is the Situation at St. Petersburg Airport Following the Appearance of an Unidentified Flying Object

As previously reported, St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Airport has been closed due to an unidentified flying object. It has been reported that flights are delayed for up to 12 hours, according to local authorities. Meanwhile, registrations continue, and passengers are not being informed about what is happening.

Aircraft are circling over the city, and no landings are being made within a 200 km radius. Russian Telegram channels report that fighter jets have taken to the skies over St. Petersburg, and a "Kover" plan has been implemented in the city. This means that all aircraft in this area are required to vacate the airspace immediately, except for military and rescue operations. This plan is only activated in exceptional cases.

Earlier, we also reported that two drones armed with explosives targeted a Rosneft oil storage facility in the Krasnodar region. Preliminary information indicates that explosions occurred on the night of February 28 at the site of the oil storage facility. The building of a boiler house near the oil storage facility in Tuapse was damaged. A fire broke out at the oil storage facility after the explosions, but it has already been extinguished.
