Artsakh Defense Army Issues Statement

The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense alleging that the Defense Army units opened fire on Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of Shushi, Martuni, Askeran, and Berdzor in the Republic of Artsakh between March 8 at 21:30 and March 9 at 04:15 is another instance of misinformation.
