«Certain Periodically Gunfire Sounds Are Heard»: Abrahamyan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh has issued a rather harsh assessment of the actions carried out by Azerbaijan, considering them as wartime activities. This was reported by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the National Assembly’s "We Have Honor" faction, on his Facebook page.

“By the way, on March 1, after the meeting of the Azerbaijani and Artsakh delegations, the presidential office of Artsakh hastily announced that 'the meeting was ostensibly constructive,' unnecessarily clarifying Azerbaijan's behavior. Nevertheless, Azerbaijan's aggression manifested not only along the contact line but also in diplomatic formulations. With a statement related to this aggression, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs raised the issue of deploying Azerbaijani checkpoints in the corridor connecting Armenia and Artsakh, under fabricated and false qualifications. Although there are currently no reports of serious exchanges of fire along the contact line, periodic bursts of gunfire are heard,” Abrahamyan noted.

It is worth recalling that on March 5, around 10:00 AM, a group of Azerbaijani saboteurs targeted and opened fire on the vehicle of the shift team of the Police Department of Passports and Visas.
