Aliyev States How Many Countries Inquired About Gas Supplies Since the War Began

“Since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, we have received inquiries from more than 10 European countries regarding gas supplies or increases in supplies,” said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the opening of the Global Forum in Baku.

“We are working on this issue; it is not by chance that the European Commission calls Azerbaijan a ‘reliable partner.’ The fact is that we have always been a reliable partner, exporting oil, oil products, natural gas, electricity, and petrochemical products to international markets, including European ones,” the head of state emphasized.
