VIDEO: Better to Live with a Turk than Under This Government, at Least the Turk has a Conscience, Says Protest Participant

Today, residents of the former Ministry of Defense building are holding a protest in front of the State Revenue Committee. They are demanding a meeting with officials to resolve their issues.

“I want to ask a question to our Prime Minister and the Revenue Committee: Did he think about what he did when he issued the order to break down the doors? Why doesn’t he come and answer our questions? We live on this land, but we have no state. It's better to live with a Turk than under this government; at least the Turk has a little bit of conscience,” said a resident of the former Ministry of Defense building.
