Six Individuals Sentenced to Death in Iran
A revolutionary court in Ahvaz, Iran, has sentenced six individuals to death. According to Tasnim News, these individuals are accused of killing two members of the Basij forces, a police officer, and a soldier.
The six men sentenced to death are members of the Arab Freedom Movement in Ahvaz, which has been active in Iran's Khuzestan province since 1999. Following a series of explosions and shootings targeting military and civilian sites in Iran, this movement was designated as a terrorist organization. Its goal is the separation of Khuzestan province from Iran and the establishment of an Arab state.
