Stray Dogs Attack a Resident of Former Defense Ministry Building Living Outdoors, MP Says

A minor residing in the former Defense Ministry building has fallen victim to an attack by stray dogs. This information was shared on Facebook by MP Garnik Davtyan from the ‘Armenia’ alliance.

“Dozens of citizens in the Republic of Armenia, including women and minor children, have been sleeping outdoors for two weeks, which has severely impacted their health,” the MP stated.

According to him, one of the minors sleeping outdoors has been hospitalized after being attacked by stray dogs. “I urge the relevant authorities to urgently address this issue and resolve it, otherwise they will bear all the consequences of an increasingly complicated situation,” the MP emphasized.

It is recalled that on the morning of February 16, police entered the former Defense Ministry building on Ashtarak Highway, where dozens of families reside. According to residents, police forcibly removed them from the building, stating that their residence there was illegal.
