"Hammer Lights: Most People Don't Take Patrols Seriously" - Hovsep Kubatyan on Gevorg Petrosyan

The former head of the Yerevan City Hall Information Department, Hovsep Kubatyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

"Hammer Lights. I don't know why, but most people don't take patrols seriously, they ignore them and do not comply with their demands. The relevant department of the police has serious work to do so that the patrol service is perceived seriously and such incidents do not occur. Of course, the patrols also have a lot to learn, for example, how to explain to drivers why their cars are blocking the road and causing traffic issues."

"By the way, I believe that alongside police reforms, the Ministry of Internal Affairs' information department should also be fundamentally reformed."

It later became known that the driver was Gevorg Petrosyan. The former MP Gevorg Petrosyan has been arrested, as he himself announced. "Dear compatriots, I was arrested today, this was also something to see... with a ridiculous charge..." he wrote on his Facebook page.
