Putin Describes Events in Bryansk Region as Terrorism
Russian President Vladimir Putin has labeled the events that occurred in the Bryansk region as terrorism.
“This is terrorism; such people aim to strip us of our historical memory, our history, and our traditions. Seeing that it is a civilian vehicle and that there are civilians and children inside, they opened fire on a regular ‘Niva’,” said the President of Russia while describing the incident.
Earlier, the head of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported that a diversion-reconnaissance group had infiltrated the Klimovsky district from Ukraine. The saboteurs fired upon a moving vehicle, resulting in the death of one resident and injuring a 10-year-old child.
