One of the Negotiators in Artsakh is Close to Muradov: 'Hraparak'

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', a regular meeting between representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan was held yesterday at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh. Unlike previous meetings, a photo was also released yesterday.

We saw that Samvel Shahramanyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, and Sergey Martirosyan, the director of the Center for Ensuring Cooperation with the Russian Peacekeeping Forces, have been appointed as the negotiators for Artsakh with Azerbaijan. The latter previously headed the corresponding department during Vitaly Balasanyan's tenure as Secretary of the Security Council and was consistently present at meetings with Azerbaijanis along with Vito.

After Balasanyan's dismissal, this department was dissolved due to the optimization of the structure. Martirosyan has participated in negotiations with the Azerbaijanis through the mediation of the former commander of the peacekeepers, General Muradov, with whom he has a close relationship. They served together in the Russian army, and in addition, Martirosyan's son is among the missing from the 44-day war.

He has actively participated in search operations with the Russian peacekeepers, further strengthening their bond. It should be noted that in yesterday's meeting, there was a third person among the Artsakh negotiators, although only a small part of his arm can be seen in the photograph. Artsakh sources do not rule out that the owner of the Kashen mine was also present at the meeting. Azerbaijan sent MP Ramin Mamedov from the Milli Mejlis, who, according to Azerbaijani media, was born in Martakert and studied at a school in Shushi.
