Azerbaijani Side Fires on Tractors Conducting Agricultural Work in Martuni Region Villages: Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs

On February 28, around 16:55, A. Avanesyan, a 53-year-old resident of the village of Myurishen in the Martuni region, was conducting agricultural work with a "Jonder" tractor in the area known as "Asfaltan Tak" in the Berdashen community. During this time, gunfire of various calibers was directed at the tractor from the enemy combat positions, forcing the cessation of agricultural activities. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.

Azerbaijan also violated the ceasefire regime today. On March 1, around 14:00, S. Vardanyan, a 59-year-old from the Berdashen community, while operating a "Belarus" tractor in the area known as "Daval" was similarly fired upon from adjacent Azerbaijani combat positions, which also led to the interruption of agricultural work.

Materials have been prepared by the Martuni Regional Police Department and submitted to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
