Man With Gunshot Wound to Head Dies Without Regaining Consciousness in Dzhrvezh Village

A man from the village of Dzhrvezh in the Kotayk region, identified as 50-year-old Zhora G., has died without regaining consciousness in the intensive care unit of Yerevan's St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center. This was reported by Shamshyan.com.

According to the media outlet, he was transferred to the hospital yesterday, March 1, in extremely critical condition. The man had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.

On March 1, there was an attempted murder involving a firearm in the Kotayk region. Around 23:20, the police in Kotayk received a call from the St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center stating that a citizen had been brought in with a diagnosis of "polytrauma, brain injury, coma, gunshot wound - under investigation."

Medical staff at the hospital informed the police that the injured man was in extremely critical condition and was unable to provide any explanation.
