Putin Orders Strengthening of Border Defense

Following Moscow's announcement regarding the crossing of Russian borders by Ukrainian drones, Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the strengthening of border defenses.

The drones, which the Kremlin claims were launched from Ukraine, reached deep into Russian territory, including one that flew within 100 kilometers of the capital.

Officials report that there were no injuries or significant damage from the drone strikes, but the attacks that occurred on Monday night and Tuesday morning have raised questions about Russia's defensive capabilities.

Ukrainian officials have not immediately claimed responsibility, but they have also avoided directly acknowledging previous strikes and diversions while emphasizing that Ukraine has the right to strike any targets in Russia.
