EU Staff Ordered to Delete TikTok App: Reason Revealed

According to Bloomberg, the Commission considered TikTok Inc.'s track record of collecting user data when making this decision. EU staff have been instructed to delete the application from their mobile phones and devices owned by the Commission. Employees were informed in emails that they have until March 15 to remove the app.
