Prosecutor's Office Demands Seizure of Illegal Assets and Funds from Director of Parking City Service
The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted the 29th lawsuit regarding the seizure of illegally obtained assets. The Department of Seizure of Illegally Obtained Assets of the Prosecutor General's Office has presented a demand to the court to seize from V.H., the director of Parking City Service LLC, and his affiliated individuals, for the benefit of the Republic of Armenia:
- Four immovable properties, three of which are in Yerevan and one in Kotayk Province, or in case of impossibility, their average market values amounting to 324 million 452 thousand 500 drams,
- One movable property, or in case of impossibility, its average market value, and a participation right in a legal entity,
- 17 million 771 thousand 372 drams, which cannot be justified by the person's legal income, transferred to a bona fide acquirer, or cannot be identified and seized,
- 107 million drams and 140 thousand US dollars invested as a deposit,
- 27 million 435 thousand 443 drams as a remaining amount of illegal income and funds.
