Baku Perceives Ruben Vardanyan as a Strong and Effective Leader, Former U.S. Ambassador to Armenia

Former U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Evans made a post on Twitter, responding to Azerbaijani President Aliyev's statement at the Munich conference, where he once again demanded the removal of Ruben Vardanyan from Artsakh.

"Baku clearly perceives Ruben Vardanyan as a strong and effective leader who has connections in both Moscow and the West," he wrote.
