Young Man Avoids Military Assembly, Detained at Bagratashen Border Crossing
On February 16, criminal investigators from the Marash Police Department, through operational-intelligence activities, discovered and apprehended 31-year-old Jora A. at the Bagratashen border crossing. He had been on the run since December 19, 2022, under accusation of avoiding a military assembly as per Article 462 of the RA Criminal Code.
The preventive measure is detention.
