The Request to Arrest Grigori Khachaturov Has Been Rejected

The request to arrest Grigori Khachaturov has been rejected. This was reported by Khachaturov's lawyer.

The former commander of the 3rd army corps, Major General Grigori Khachaturov, will not be detained. The decision to reject the request was made recently by Judge Tigran Davtyan of the Anti-Corruption Court.

It should be noted that a public criminal prosecution has been initiated against Grigori Khachaturov for legalizing real estate acquired through criminal means using his official position (money laundering).
