Surén Papikyan Makes Surprise Visit to Vazgen Sargsyan Military University

The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Surén Papikyan, made a surprise visit to the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University on February 17. This information was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

During the visit, Minister Papikyan checked the progress of the scheduled events and exercises of the day, while observing the educational process of the cadets. He toured the military educational institution, assessed the adequacy of the resources available in the specialized classrooms, and evaluated the conditions of the barracks and the cafeteria, as well as the ongoing renovation works.

In discussions with the leadership of the military university, and while addressing various issues related to the educational process, Surén Papikyan noted that new programs have already been implemented to enhance the attractiveness of military service and make military education more appealing. The reforms will be continuous.
