Intensive Carcinogenic Substance Found in Dust in Turkey, recommends Karo Paylan
Intensive carcinogenic substances, such as asbestos, have been found in the dust resulting from debris removal in earthquake zones. This was announced by Karo Paylan, an Armenian member of the Turkish Parliament.
“All workers and our people who are involved in the debris removal must definitely wear masks,” Paylan stated.
It is worth noting that a 7.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in Turkey's Kahramanmaraş province on February 6, causing destruction in several cities. There have been numerous casualties and injuries, with the death toll reported to be 38,044 according to the latest data.
