Discovery of Turkish Agricultural Products in Artsakh Market: NSS of Artsakh

The National Security Service (NSS) of Artsakh has clarified the case regarding the presence of Turkish agricultural products in the Artsakh market. It has been determined that the mentioned goods were brought to Artsakh from the Republic of Armenia, where they are available for free sale.

The conducted measures have completely refuted the theory that these products entered the Artsakh market with the help of the Azerbaijani side.

“Considering the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan since December 12, 2022, and the situation it has created, various economic entities on the brink of bankruptcy often attempt to transport certain goods to Artsakh in various ways. Given the dangers and risks associated with this, the NSS of Artsakh, in cooperation with the Russian peacekeeping forces in Artsakh, will continue to take measures to ensure the safety of humanitarian cargo transported to Artsakh under the conditions of blockade and to eliminate any uncontrolled situations,” the NSS statement reads.

Earlier, it was reported that information regarding the sale of agricultural products of Turkish origin in Artsakh had been circulated on the social media platform Facebook.
