Body of a Man Found in a Barn in Stepanakert

On February 11, at around 18:30, the body of 1991-born Rudiq Dumanyan was discovered hanging from the ceiling of a barn located in the yard of one of the houses on M. Mkrtchyan Street in Stepanakert.

A criminal case has been initiated at the Stepanakert Investigative Department of the Republic of Artsakh's Investigative Committee. An investigator from the Stepanakert city investigative department has arrived at the scene.

Immediate investigative and procedural actions are being conducted to clarify the circumstances of the incident. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
