VIDEO: Joe Biden is Looking for the President of the United States
Joe Biden has stated that he is constantly looking around, hoping to see the President of the United States, waiting for someone to officially introduce him.
“Every time I hear the words ‘President of the United States,’ I look around and say, ‘Where is he?’” said the head of the White House.
Media reports suggest that the American leader has previously referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as the state leader, while calling himself the vice president or senator.
At the end of January, during a speech in Springfield, Biden joked about his frequent gaffes. Following that, the White House leader incorrectly named the name of the Democratic congressman from Virginia three times.
At one point, Biden referred to Ukrainians as Iranians during a press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky. Prior to this, the U.S. President had confused Ukraine with Iraq, which occurred when he spoke in Florida about inflation, blaming Russia for it. The head of state said that inflation had become a global issue due to the war in Iraq. He then corrected himself, adding that he had been thinking about Iraq because his son died there.
Biden often finds himself in awkward situations. Once in Boston, during a meeting with Prince William, he got confused and could not understand where to go. The head of the White House stood there, looking around in confusion. Security came to Biden's aid. The bodyguards noticed that the politician was about to go the wrong way and pointed him in the right direction.
After the ceremony to light the national Christmas tree, he left the stage with the microphone in hand, forgetting to leave it on the podium.
