30 Years Later, the Closed Armenian-Turkish Border is Opened: Turkish Media
The Turkish press has reported on the transportation of humanitarian aid from Armenia to Turkey via the Margara bridge. Various Turkish media outlets are primarily highlighting that after 30 years, the closed Armenian-Turkish border has been opened for Armenian trucks carrying aid to Turkey.
Earlier, the spokesman for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vahan Hunanian, tweeted that humanitarian aid-laden trucks had crossed the border at the Margara bridge and were heading to the earthquake-affected region.
