Vladimir Putin to Deliver Address, Says Peskov
Vladimir Putin will address the Federal Assembly on February 21, announced Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President. According to Peskov, it is expected that the Russian President will talk about the special operation, economic, and social issues. “In other words, about the current situation,” Peskov noted.
