Papikyan and Shoigu Hold Telephone Conversation
On February 10, the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Defense of Russia, Sergey Shoigu.
During the conversation, they discussed a number of issues related to regional security, mutual interests, and defense cooperation.
