Officials Being Sought in Turkey

The Turkish Bar Association (TBB) has filed charges against individuals and organizations responsible for the construction of buildings that collapsed due to the earthquake.

The association stated in its announcement that all those involved in the approval and construction of building projects must be held accountable.

The TBB has submitted a request to the chief prosecutor's office in each province.

It is worth mentioning that on February 6, a powerful earthquake struck the Pazarcık (magnitude 7.7) and Elbistan (magnitude 7.6) districts of Kahramanmaraş Province in Turkey, which was also felt in neighboring provinces.
