Photos: Armenian Rescuers are Already in Syria

On February 8, the Republic of Armenia sent rescue squads to Syria to assist in search and rescue operations in the regions affected by the earthquake.

The servicemen of the rescue squads were seen off by the Minister of Internal Affairs Vahé Ghazaryan, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic in Armenia Nora Arisyan, and the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Director of the Rescue Service Kamo Tsutsulyan.

According to reports from kantsasar.com, an independent media outlet operating in Aleppo, the Armenian rescue workers have already arrived in Syria.
