Ukraine Warned: Following Podolyak's Statement, Kravchenko Summoned to Iran's Foreign Ministry

Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, reacted to the explosions that occurred in Iran on Twitter, according to bbc.com:

“The logic of war is unfathomable and deadly. It presents substantial bills to its authors and accomplices. Panic in Russia – endless mobilization, anti-missile defense systems in Moscow, trenches stretching 1000 km, the construction of bomb shelters. An explosive night in Iran, involving the production of drones and missiles, oil refining. Ukraine had warned.”

Following this, Yevgeny Kravchenko, the temporary chargé d'affaires of Ukraine in Tehran, was summoned to the Iranian Foreign Ministry regarding Podolyak's statement, reports RIA Novosti, referencing the Iranian Tasnim news agency:

“Continuing the statement of Mikhail Podolyak, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, and the recognition of this country’s alleged involvement in the attack on the Defense Ministry facility in Isfahan, the temporary chargé d'affaires of Ukraine in Iran has been summoned to the Foreign Ministry to provide explanations regarding the comments made by the Ukrainian presidential advisor,” the agency's message noted.

On Sunday night, a powerful explosion was heard in the city of Isfahan, located in central Iran. Later, the country's Defense Ministry reported an attempted attack on one of its military facilities using explosive-laden drones. One drone was shot down, while two others fell into defensive traps and exploded. On the same night, an explosion occurred in the northwest of the country, followed by a fire at an oil lubricant factory.

It should be noted that Pentagon spokesperson Patrick Ryder stated that the U.S. had no involvement in the drone attack on the military facility in Isfahan. Meanwhile, The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing U.S. officials and other well-informed sources, that Israel was behind the explosion in Isfahan.
