Saakashvili Refuses Medical Help and Food

Saakashvili continues to captivate global attention regarding his persona. The former president of Georgia has declined the services of local doctors and food. According to Zurab Chkhaidze, the director of the 'Vivamed' clinic, the politician's decision could be fatal for him.

“In recent days, he has reduced his food intake. Saakashvili's health is worsening. He currently weighs 69 kilograms. If his mother does not convince her son to abandon this reckless behavior, the outcome could be fatal,” Chkhaidze's words are cited by 'Interfax'.

The politician's mother is convinced that her son has been poisoned with mercury. It is suspected that heavy metals have been found in the body of the former state leader. Moreover, only abroad can the former president's life be saved.
