Current Situation on Armenia's Roads

The Emergency Situations Service reports that there are closed roads within the territory of Armenia.

In the Aragatsotn province, the roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station towards Amberd Fortress and K'ari Lake are closed. Snowfall is observed in the Aragatsotn, Shirak, and Kotayk provinces.

Regarding the Lars situation, according to information received from the National Emergency Management Agency of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
