Zelensky: "Putin Was Simply Deceiving"

The negotiation process with Russia has been stagnant for 8 years. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Sky News.

“Vladimir Putin uses the negotiation process to gain time for recovery and to attack again. Therefore, it is pointless to talk to him,” said the Ukrainian President.

Zelensky emphasized that Putin does not want real peace negotiations. He uses them to buy time.

“For years before the Great War, Putin was simply deceiving; he does not need them. The Russian Federation only talks about negotiations when it is time to regroup or when suffering significant losses,” the Ukrainian President stated.
