Vahan Kostanyan Appointed Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision regarding the appointment of a deputy minister of foreign affairs. “Guided by the first part of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service, Vahan Kostanyan is appointed as the deputy minister of foreign affairs,” the prime minister’s decision states.
