I Had Warned: Babayan Files Complaint with the Prosecutor General of Armenia

Arsen Babayan, a member of the Homeland Party, writes: "A few days ago, I warned that the dissemination of information that tarnishes the lawyer or otherwise infringes on his rights and legal interests constitutes a crime, as stipulated by Article 490 of the Criminal Code.

I hoped that the mercenaries closely linked to the ruling circles (also in the form of media) and the managers of government bots would understand that they should stop such actions against me. After that, I hoped that these scoundrels, especially the male representatives among them, would have the manhood to answer for their actions; however, they chose to flee and hide instead.

My hopes were not justified. Although it is obvious that they, benefiting from governmental protection, will not face accountability, nevertheless, I decided to file a complaint about the crime with the Prosecutor General of Armenia."
