Decades later, Azerbaijan has once again blocked Artsakh. Today marks 40 days that residents of Artsakh have been under blockade and are on the brink of a humanitarian crisis. Azerbaijan has not only closed the only road leading to Artsakh but also regularly disrupts gas supplies and electricity provision, damaging internet connection cables.
