Prosecutor's Office Investigates Mysterious Crimes in Border Village of Movses

The Prosecutor's Office has initiated a criminal proceeding concerning the extraordinary incidents registered in the border village of Movses. This was stated by the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor's Office in response to a query from Tert.am.

The criminal proceedings have been initiated under part 1 of article 264, which pertains to the destruction or damage of property. It is noteworthy that yesterday, the community leader, Zhaven Papyan, reported that an unknown individual had slashed the tires of numerous parked vehicles in one of the village's neighborhoods and burned 27 bales of hay belonging to a villager.

The following day, residents of the same neighborhood noticed that unknown individuals were fleeing from their homes as they stepped outside. The police are maintaining round-the-clock surveillance in the area.
