VIDEO: The World's Most Expensive Hotel Opens in Dubai - How Much Was Spent on Its Construction?

Dubai has unveiled the world's most expensive hotel, Atlantis The Royal, which is estimated to have cost $1.5 billion to construct.

According to the Daily Mail, the grand opening ceremony featured the famous singer Beyoncé, who could only perform there by invitation.

This event marked Beyoncé's first concert since 2018, where she changed outfits three times in 70 minutes, showcasing designs from the Ukrainian brand Frolov in pink, Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran in red, and the Dubai-based Atelier Zuhra in yellow.

She performed her hits including Crazy in Love, Spirit, and Drunk in Love, reportedly earning around $24 million for her appearance.

Furthermore, a night in this premium class hotel will cost approximately $200,000 and includes a personal concierge service. Guests will also find gold-plated toothbrushes, razors, and combs available.

Additionally, hotel shops will offer paintings from Picasso.
