The Proposal for Legal Action Against Ohanyan Was Prepared by Pashinyan for a Disaster Like Yesterday's

Former Minister Seyran Ohanyan is facing a proposal for criminal prosecution, which Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had prepared for a disaster like the one that occurred yesterday. This was stated by Kristine Vardanyan, a member of the ARF and a deputy from the 'Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, on Facebook.

“A simple scheme. They create a disaster, the public reacts logically to it, they see the sentiments and immediately throw into the field a pre-prepared sensational issue. It doesn’t matter that this step plays with human destinies, it doesn’t matter that it serves a hostile agenda, the important thing is to divert the discontent away from themselves. This is why the prosecutor has now submitted a proposal for criminal prosecution, to push yesterday's tragedy and the fact of Artsakh being blockaded for 40 days into the background. All those who advance the thesis of these people being incompetent should just look at the professionalism with which they hold power,” she wrote.
