“Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan is obliged to publicly admit his guilt, provide details of the incident to the public, identify those responsible, and announce that the command staff will be held criminally accountable rather than simply removed from their positions.

The mentioned military unit (the barracks of an engineering battalion) was a rural house, and they had to demolish the walls of the house to save the soldiers, an outrageous situation. According to our information, Papikyan is not even at the scene at this moment. How easily our soldiers are dying.
