Pavlik Abazyan's Parents Did Not Recognize Their Child's Body, It Has Been Sent for Examination

Pavlik Abazyan was a year-and-a-half conscripted soldier. His mother worked in a sewing workshop, while his father engaged in private business and did not have a primary job. This information was shared with "Faktinfo" by Karen Ghaltaghchyan, the administrative head of Ajajur.

“Pavlik was an athlete and had won various awards. After finishing school, he was admitted to the Yerevan State Engineering University, but he did not manage to attend classes as he was drafted into the army. He was a lively, active child and did well in school,” noted Ghaltaghchyan.

According to him, Pavlik's parents were informed about the incident earlier and went to the scene, where they learned that their son had also died.

“Amid the burnt bodies, Pavlik's parents did not recognize their child's body. The remains have been sent for DNA examination,” said the head of Ajajur.
